OUR APPROACH TO AI

AI with a human in charge.

Many practices have tried automated phone agents that misunderstand patients or leave them stuck in a loop. We design the service so that AI helps and people stay accountable: the advances of technology, without the learning curve for your team.

Principles we build around

  • AI has no will of its own: it performs only tasks your practice approves, within rules we define and test with you
  • Specialists, not one do-it-all bot: each role has a narrow job and clear limits
  • Confirmed, not assumed: a change is reported as done only when your system confirms it
  • People are part of every workflow, with a clear path to a person within your agreed coverage

The roles behind a request

  • Voice: answers calls and follows the script and office information you approved. It does not give clinical advice, diagnose or decide, and it hands off to a person when needed
  • Reading: interprets messages, emails and documents and proposes how to classify them. A person reviews anything unclear
  • Checking: looks up and confirms information in your scheduling and other authorized systems, and never reports success the system did not confirm
  • Scheduling: prepares appointment changes under your rules. Anything outside the rules goes to a person

These roles are illustrative. The exact setup is defined with each practice.

What our people do

  • Supervise every role and review samples of the work, and every critical error
  • Handle exceptions, ambiguous requests and anything that needs human judgment
  • Route clinical questions to your licensed professionals under your protocols
  • Own the outcome: one accountable operations partner for the services you contract

What AI does not do here

  • Make clinical decisions or give medical advice
  • Act outside the tasks and rules your practice has approved
  • Announce a result that your system has not confirmed
  • Replace the people who answer for the work

Why this matters for your patients

Patients should reach a clear next step, not a dead end. We define escalation paths and coverage with your practice, test them before going live and review them regularly.

Before handling patient information, we establish the applicable business associate agreements, authorized access and safeguards for the contracted workflows. Our scope is administrative.

Services are scoped and introduced in phases. Eligibility does not guarantee payment; authorization decisions remain with the payer. Clinical decisions stay with your licensed professionals.
