FOR MULTI-LOCATION PRACTICES

One accountable partner across your locations.

Groups with several locations often carry high volumes of repetitive calls and administrative tasks, with different rules at each site. We start small and build from there.

Where we begin

A pilot with one location or specialty inside the larger group, with an internal lead on your side, accessible scheduling and documented rules. We prove the service there before extending it.

What changes with several locations

  • Rules, hours and systems can differ by site; we document each one instead of assuming one standard
  • One accountable operations partner with a named supervisor and an escalation path
  • Shared quality standards and reporting across locations, with service levels agreed in writing
  • New locations are added in stages and quoted separately

What we need from your practice

  • An internal lead for the pilot
  • Access to scheduling and the systems in scope, under individual credentials
  • Clinical protocols and escalation contacts approved by your professionals
  • A baseline of current volumes and workflows

Coverage and languages

Remote support can be the initial model. On-site staffing, extended hours and additional languages are evaluated and scoped separately, with matching staffing and testing before they are offered.

Services are scoped and introduced in phases. Eligibility does not guarantee payment; authorization decisions remain with the payer. Clinical decisions stay with your licensed professionals.
