HOW IT WORKS
Understand first. Then make the work flow.
We learn your practice before defining the people, processes and technology. Then we prove the service in a controlled pilot before expanding.
1. Map your operation
We review channels, volumes, hours, languages, systems and the rules of each location with your team, and document the baseline the pilot will be measured against. Your practice validates the scope and protocols.
2. Define the service
We agree on scope, coverage, responsibilities, escalation paths and service standards, along with the agreements, individual access and approved knowledge the work requires. Testing uses synthetic data, never real patient data.
3. Prove it with a pilot
We start with selected workflows at one location, with human review of the first transactions. We review quality with you regularly, measure accuracy, response times and completed work, correct issues and expand in stages.
The calendar depends on access, agreements and integrations. We treat any timeline as an assumption until those are in place.
How every request is handled
- Intake: a case is created with an owner and a due time
- Identification: the protocol your practice approves comes before any sensitive information
- Execution: AI handles permitted tasks; people handle exceptions and clinical topics are routed to your team
- Verification: the result is confirmed in the source system
- Closing: the outcome is recorded and communicated through approved channels
- Control: sampled review of the work, and full review of critical errors
When we expand
We expand only when quality, security, the experience of your team and the economics all support it. A small pilot sample cannot prove the absence of rare errors, so we state the sample size when we report results.
Services are scoped and introduced in phases. Eligibility does not guarantee payment; authorization decisions remain with the payer. Clinical decisions stay with your licensed professionals.
